Dear Friends and Supporters,

The Downingtown East High School parents have already begun plans to transform the school for the 2012 Post Prom Party for the upcoming Senior Class.  This special night provides a safe, alcohol-free, drug-free and fun environment for our graduating seniors to spend the night after prom with friends. This is going to be our 5^th annual, and as in the past, a large turnout from our Senior Class 2012 is expected (3/4 of last year’s senior class attended Post Prom 2011!)

We are reaching out to you with the hopes that you will be able to support us in this endeavor. Your donation would help to provide entertainment, games, prizes and food for all seniors present.  Graduating seniors and their parents would be grateful to you for making this a safe night to remember. The expected cost for this year’s event is around $20,000.  Any contribution of money, prizes, services (gift certificates) or food would be greatly appreciated.

As a thank you for any contribution made, each donor wild be recognized in three significant ways:

1.     Donors names will be displayed on our website at www.dehspostprom.com"

1.     Donor names will be prominently displayed on our DONOR WALL the night of the event.

2.     Donor names will be listed in a donor ad in the Daily Local News paper.

As for the previous years, we will be hosting a walk through for the 2012 Post Prom, on May 19^th 2012, from 8-10pm, for the community to see the fantastic Decorations and transformation of the school (including access to the Donor Wall). This year’s Post Prom’s theme is, “Late Night Game Night, featuring decorations from Childhood games such as Monopoly, Candyland and Battleship!  Please stop by that night and see where your contribution has gone!
